1. Description of Service

Mortmo ("the Company," "we," "us") provides an online connection platform designed to link homeowners ("Users") with third-party mortgage professionals ("Partners"). Mortmo is a lead-generation and referral platform only.

2. No Professional Advice & Licensing Disclaimer

Not a Lender: Mortmo is not a mortgage broker, lender, or financial institution. We do not issue mortgages, quote interest rates, or provide financial advice.

No Licensing: Mortmo is not licensed to provide mortgage or credit services. Any financial decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed professional.

No Guarantees: Mortmo does not guarantee that a User will qualify for a loan, receive a specific rate, or be satisfied with the services of a Partner.

3. Vetting & Third-Party Interactions

While Mortmo vets Partners for license status and online reputation at the time of onboarding, we do not monitor their daily operations.

The "Hand-Off": Once a User's information is submitted and transferred to a Partner, Mortmo’s role is complete.

Independent Contractors: Partners are independent third parties. Mortmo is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of any Partner.

4. Consent to Contact (TCPA & HPPA Compliance)

By submitting a quiz or form on Mortmo, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Mortmo and our identified Mortgage Partners.

Contact Methods: You agree to receive communications via telephone, SMS/text message, and email, even if your number is on a State or Federal "Do Not Call" registry.

2026 Compliance: In accordance with the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (HPPA), you acknowledge that your submission is a voluntary "opt-in" for the purpose of receiving a firm offer of credit or mortgage information from our Partners.

Opt-Out: Mortmo is only responsible for the initial connection. If you wish to stop receiving communications, you must contact the Mortgage Partner directly to unsubscribe or opt out of their specific marketing list.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, Mortmo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use of the Mortmo website.

The conduct or financial products offered by a Mortgage Partner.

The denial of any mortgage application by a third-party lender.

6. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Mortmo shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

There are no fees for using Mortmo or getting connected—our service is completely free to consumers.
