The Site connects homeowners and home buyers in the USA with vetted local lenders for mortgage or refinance options. By checking the acceptance box on any form and using the Site, including submitting information via forms or taking the assessment quiz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the USA to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and pertains only to yourself (you may not submit information belonging to others without their explicit ownership and consent).

3. Services Provided

The Site allows you to complete an assessment quiz and submit personal information (name, current address if applicable, email, and phone) to be matched with a vetted local lender. Matches are based on your quiz responses and are for informational purposes only. We are not a lender, do not originate or service mortgages, and are not licensed as a mortgage broker or advisor. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We receive commissions from lenders or brokers for successful connections (i.e., when they purchase leads from us). All links, recommendations, or matches on the Site may be incentivized or part of affiliate partnerships.

We do not charge users fees for this service and make no guarantees about lender performance, loan terms, or outcomes.

4. User Information, Consent, and Cookies

By submitting your information, you consent to us sharing it with vetted lenders for the purpose of connecting you with home finance options. You also consent to receiving communications (calls, texts, emails) from us or lenders regarding your inquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails, replying STOP to texts, or emailing [email protected].

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to class actions or jury trials. The arbitrator's decision is final.
